HPMT Personal Plan of Action
This is a step-by-step practical workbook to establish a 1 one to 5 year vision and its execution. Absent of theoretical text, it takes an action oriented person through a logical progression to a solid implementable plan.
The Profile
Personal version: Confirms and reveals personality structure that will assist you in establishing goals and succeeding in implementing them.
Includes testing booklet, post testing written report and CD of Claire Crittenden explaining the meanings associated with each profile parameter.
Coaching and Personal version: Confirms and reveals personality structure that will assist you and your boss in establishing goals and succeeding in implementing them. The coaching version makes suggestions for behavioral adaptation and/or additional training which will maximize your job performance. This version compares the personality and mental assessment against a job description. This profile is often used for hiring and acclimating the new hire to their boss and the accountabilities of the job. It aids in clarifying agreements and assists persons with the knowledge of their profiles in working better together.

Definition of Terms
Workshop: An intensive educational program for a relatively small group of people that focuses especially on theory, techniques, and skills in a particular field of study. Homework is practical execution.
Seminar: A form of teaching in small groups where advanced students of a discipline are requested to actively participate during sessions. This often has to be done in written form. The idea behind seminars is to confront students with the methodology of a subject and also to familiarize them with practical problems that might crop up during their research work and practical application. Often a seminar will be open to experienced based discussion and questions.
Retreat: A time of group withdrawal with specific intention to gain new Perspective and initiate change. Led by an outsider to the group. Specific and prearranged, post retreat planning and execution meetings support and insure retreat results.
Conference: An “on” or “off” site gathering to address specific and limited subjects, intending to learn and impart ideas based on expertise which will be used to move individuals and groups to a new level of understanding.

HPM Technology™ 12 Week Process introduces the High Performance Management Technology to mixed public groups or organizations. Meets weekly for 2 hours and includes text, workbooks, profile, CDs and weekly facilitation. Done only in Rochester, NY
HPM Technology™ Transfer introduces the High Performance Management Technology. Meets for three daylong sessions with IPT facilitator at a Kick-off session, Mid-session and Graduation session. Weekly meetings are held and facilitated by the client organization using telephone coaching of facilitators and a written facilitator's manual. This process includes text, workbooks, profile, text CDs, IPT "live" session CDs, telephone coaching and 3 day long visits. Local and national.
HPM Technology™ High Achievers Process is an advanced seminar which requires participants to have successfully completed the HPMT 12 Week Process. Various delivery constructs and time lines. Local and national.
HPM Technology™ Project Launch gets your project group on the same page fast with all aspects of launching and setting parameters for your project. Trust is built by kept agreements. We will help you establish agreements both your organization and your team members can live with as well as calibrated, time-bounded execution strategies. HPM Technology™ Profile Session builds organizations through identifying, respecting and learning to work with people regardless of their personality traits. This is a non-judgmental workshop designed to accelerate the performance of a group of people and bring them closer together. Local and national.
HPM Technology™ Cycles of Action workshop module. If you are feeling overwhelmed its time to understand the dynamics that are putting you there. It's not only too much work. This workshop is a half-day session with follow-up assignments and 4 one hour long meetings spaced a week or ten days apart following the initial half-day.
